Julie Babikan is a freelance illustrator born and bred in Chicago and currently working out of the Windy City area. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northern Illinois University as well as a second Bachelor of Fine Arts from the The Illinois Institute of Art's Media Arts and Animation Program.
